This Office and R&D facility is part of a fully integrated campus, designed to the highest institutional standards, featuring distinct and robust buildings within an active, urban-park-like setting. Gateway of Pacific encapsulates a vibrant, amenity-rich campus setting. The campus' central park is a zen-like environment for connection and collaboration outside the office or laboratory.

The scope of the project was to provide the state-of-the-art amenity center with all flashing and metal panel work as noted in the Contract Documents. This includes all flashing, trim, and other accessories associated with the metal wall panel assembly. Bay City Mechanical provided all metal panels, joint sealants, weather resistive barriers, gutters, downspouts, flashings, and metal coping.
