The project delivery method was design-build, where the MEP Basis of Design was delivered at Schematic Design for the procurement of MEP-FP design-build subcontractors.

Bay City Mechanical will provide all required shop drawings, licenses, engineering, supplies, materials, equipment, accessories, taxes, insurance, freight, tools, labor, supervision, coordination and all related systems and components, in accordance with all applicable codes and authorities.

Bay City will also be furnishing operation and maintenance manuals, HVAC coordination drawings, record drawings, control sequences, test and balance reports, miscellaneous certificates, warranties, training materials, and training. While performing all testing, start-up, and commissioning as indicated and required. Provide for attendance at commissioning coordination meetings as required by the General Contractor.
