The Central Shops Department provides high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable fleet management and maintenance services to City departments. The new site for two of the four Central Shops is composed of 555 Selby Street and 450 Toland Street. Specific facility requirements will include all HVAC work for light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty repair shops, shop supports, employee amenities, and administration offices.
