As part of the California Community College renovation project Bay City Mechanical was selected as a supplier of HVAC Mechanical services in the retrofitting of two campus buildings. The project included; the installation, connections, pumps, equipment, piping, fixtures, HVAC sheet metal, insulation, controls, supports, bracing, etc., in accordance with all current applicable regulatory requirements.

The work included All ductwork, dampers, turning vanes, connections, insulation, diffusers, grilles, registers, slots, etc., as specified on construction documents.
